Administrative Manager
When I got the phone call saying I “got the job,” here at Access To Media, I never would have thought I was also getting a family! It became very apparent after a few hours of my first day that these people were going to be much more than co-workers. As time has gone by, I have learned so much from each person, both co-workers and clients, I’ve had the pleasure of working with.
As the Administrative Manager, I pride myself on being the office chameleon. When an opportunity to learn something to provide you with better customer service presents itself, I jump all over it! Keeping our customers happy is my number one goal, and I will do everything in my power to achieve that goal on a daily basis.
Jill has been with Access To Media since October of 2009. She attended Westfield State College and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications in December of 2009, a semester earlier than her anticipated graduation date. Prior to joining our company, Jill worked on the Promotions Teams for the many radio stations of Clear Channel Springfield.
