Connecting customers without an e-commerce website.
To encourage customers to step inside the salon, Access to Media had to find a way to drive traffic to a landing page, in which we created for the client. The landing page’s purpose was to guide and present customers to the closest salon near their location.
How does it work?
The landing page’s format included a spot in which Facebook and Instagram users could plug in their zip code and be directed to a page that will reveal the closest salons to them. Access to Media targeted users based on purchase behavior, interests, demographics, and more. We tested both a video and static ad on Facebook & Instagram over the course of one year.
In conclusion, by adding the video ad to the campaign, we were able to increase conversions by 600% from 1,197 conversions to 8,372 conversions. We also implemented a remarketing campaign which increased the conversion rate while decreasing CPA to $5.72, which is a $3.94 decrease from the average campaign’s CPA.
